Hey there, gorgeous! I'm Emily Gurtamo, former owner of a tragically flat ironing-board ass and a self-proclaimed vagina architect, building confidence everyday. 🍑✨
I've always had a knack for writing. Words just spill out of me like they've been waiting for permission. Growing up in NYC with a mom who told stories like they were gospel and a dad who argued with the TV news, I learned early that language (and a little sass) is power. After studying science with a big focus on biology (yes, I'm that girl who could explain human anatomy in detail while still blushing at the diagrams), I became a high school teacher. I loved it. Teenagers are chaotic, funny, and brutally honest. Nothing prepares you for explaining hormones to a room full of 15-year-olds.
I started teaching evening classes on the side, everything from self-confidence to body positivity.
That's when I discovered my weird little secret: vagina-focused exercises that actually grew my glutes. I tested them on myself first (lots of trial, error, and laughing in the mirror), then quietly started sharing them with my evening students. The results? Mind-blowing. Women in their 30s, 40s, even 50s started coming back with lifted butts, bigger smiles, and zero gym memberships.
They'd whisper “Emily, it's working!” like we were in on the world's best secret. Years later, I'm still shocked at how many lives changed, including mine.
Like so many women, I spent forever doing endless squats, lunges, and hip thrusts... only to build monster quads while my booty stayed stubbornly pancake-flat. Thanks, mom (love you, but genetics? Not today).
Indeed, I stumbled onto something weird while reading a scientific study. Something no gym bro or fitness influencer was talking about. A super simple connection between my vagina and my glutes that changed everything.
It's not just some random TikTok hack, science backs it. Studies on the pelvic floor show a direct nervous system connection between your vagina muscles and glutes. When you squeeze the right way, you fire up the neural pathway and get way stronger glute activation than regular exercises alone. Basically, your vagina is the secret remote control your butt's been missing all along.
That's how I discovered this method that woke my peach up like it had been hibernating its whole life. No gym. No weights. Just me, my sofa, and some very targeted (and surprisingly fun) vagina exercises.

The vagina method is (almost) as easy as that
Suddenly my butt was growing, lifting, and getting juicy like it finally decided to show up to the party.
I wrote The Weird Vagina Method That Grew My Peach because I couldn't keep this secret to myself anymore. If I, a former history teacher who once cried over flat jeans, can go from "flat forever" to "damn, is that really me?" then every woman who's ever felt insecure about her booty deserves to know this too.
This isn't another boring workout book. It's the no-BS, funny, explicit guide I wish I'd had years ago, full of the exact steps, the mistakes to avoid, and a whole lot of "wait, this actually works?!" realness.
So yeah... welcome to the weird side. Your future peach is waiting. 🍑
With love (and a much rounder booty),
Emily Gurtamo 🍑💖
